What is involved in running the business?
C4C can pay instant cash for most cheques - Wages, Tax rebates, Insurance
claims, Housing benefit, pools and smaller Lottery wins etc. We can also offer
Extended Credit - we will cash personal cheques against a cheque guarantee card
and hold them for up to 28 days before banking.
Identification is required from your customers on first registration. A
Commission fee is payable by the customers and this generates your profit.
Minimal risk!
When you set up a C4C franchise the risk is minimal. We have gone through an
extensive learning curve and our expertise is now second-to-none in this
marketplace.
Our franchisees are vitally important to us and a number of measures are in
place to help maximise your profits and minimise any losses. For example our
insurance scheme covers all bad cheques over £100 - as long as you have
followed the correct procedures - thus making the business almost risk free.
Licence to cash third party cheques!
We help you to establish an arrangement that will enable you to legally cash
third party cheques. This opportunity would not be available if we did not have
a special relationship with the major clearing banks. It is not normally
possible to cash third party cheques in this country but C-4-C is one of the
few organisations entrusted to do so.
Our membership of the BCCA adds credibility to the operation.
The service we offer!
You will receive full initial training and on-going telephone support and
assistance. We provide Electronic transfer of funds back to your bank within 3
to 4 days less our commission. We give you initial help on how to start-up a
new business, draw up a business plan and cash flow forecast, and advice on
suitability of premises. We assist you with Corporate image display signage,
and advice on posters, local advertising and new business generation.
Great opportunity for you to make money!
What you will need!
Secure premises from which to operate - either bolt-on to an existing business
you may already have or stand alone. We can advise on suitability of premises
before you commit your self to a lease.
Start-up costs can be variable depending on both local factors and how much you
want to put into the business. We will provide a schedule of estimated start-up
costs and cash flow forecast for a 'typical' shop.
We recommend that you seek independent financial advice before committing
yourself. If you already have an existing business then your start-up costs are
minimal and therefore your profit earning potential is greatly enhanced.
No special equipment!
We make sure that you have everything you need to get you started. The main
items you will require include a computer with access to the Internet and
E-mail, a printer, telephone and fax machine.
We will supply the bespoke Cheque Cashing software. In addition you will also
need a small cash safe and photocopier. All of the items are readily available
and we find that most of our franchisees already have some of them.
